To maintain the integrity of the customization process and due to the highly personalized nature of these items, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom jewelry orders placed within the Hanalei Collection.

Custom Craftsmanship: Our Hanalei Collection custom jewelry pieces are individually designed and handcrafted to your exact specifications. As these items are made exclusively for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged, even in the event of defects in materials or workmanship.

Design Approval: Prior to production, you will have the opportunity to review and approve all design elements, including materials, gemstones, and specifications. We strongly recommend thorough consideration and confirmation of all design choices, as modifications may not be possible once production has commenced.
